Water is so important for our health, both in adults and children. Water can affect our entire body from brain development to our immune system. In general, adults should drink 8 8-oz glasses daily and kids 4-6 glasses. A big component to the value of water is the nutrition found in necessary minerals. Many people are not getting the necessary minerals from their bottled water or ordinary water filter systems. Are you stripping minerals out of your water?
